William is the CEO and Founding Partner of Compass Analytics. With 10+ years of experience helping enterprises drive value with analytics, William has worked in the airline, pharmaceutical, and higher education industries, where he’s built analytical solutions that have generated and saved millions of dollars for organizations.
Based in Montréal, William earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management and Data Intelligence at Concordia University and his Master of Management in Analytics from Queen’s University. Outside of work, he loves to travel with his wife Melissa and often tries out different airlines and cuisines worldwide.

With a proven track record of creating real organizational change through digital and data transformations, Scott specializes in data strategy development, execution, and change management – all required for analytics transformation success. Scott brings a unique and practical perspective to the table with 10+ years of data analytics experience across various industries, from consulting and CPG to retail and pharmaceuticals.
Based in Montréal, Scott earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Data Intelligence from Concordia University. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, traveler, and loves to spend time walking up Mount Royal.
