Scott is the Managing Partner of Compass Analytics. With a proven track record of creating real organizational change through digital and data transformations, Scott specializes in data strategy development, execution, and change management – all required for analytics transformation success. Scott brings a unique and practical perspective to the table with 10+ years of data analytics experience across various industries, from consulting and CPG to retail and pharmaceuticals.
Based in Montréal, Scott earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Data Intelligence from Concordia University. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, traveler, and loves to spend time walking up Mount Royal.

Beyond his technical skills and professional experience, Duc is known for his curiosity and creative approach to tackling challenges. Outside of work, Duc enjoys getting creative in the kitchen, testing new recipes, and sharing meals with friends and family.

Duc An Nguyen
Analytics Engineer
Biography
Jerry is an Analytics Consultant at Compass, specializing in developing visualizations and data products. Prior to joining Compass, he gained experience in cybersecurity and Salesforce consulting. Jerry holds a bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management from Concordia University in Montreal. He excels in a design-oriented approach, which he applies in UI/UX workshops and in the creation of dashboards, Microsoft Power Apps, and web applications.
Jerry also instructs the Introduction to Figma workshop for the McGill Masters of Management in Analytics. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading, camping, and cheering for his favourite NBA team, the Toronto Raptors.
